I was traveling for work and upon walking in the staff Greeted me with a huge smile and welcome in. The location was perfect right by airport and lots of food places. The property itself is clean and my room was spotless. The pool was nice as well. Having an amazing staff is very important and everyone was so helpful. Breakfast was hot and ready as well. The bathroom was equipped with essentials such as shower gel shampoo conditioner and face soap. The kitchenette in my room was also stocked with plates bowls glasses and silverware. 10/10 for sure will be back next month.

We had a cancelled flight and booked in the last minute because it was near to the airport. 5 minutes to airport and have shuttle to the airport. The room was not big but very well designed and decorated. It has the brand new feeling and cleanliness. The breakfast was very basic but enough. The staff was friendly.

1 bedroom suite keeps the whole family together but provides privacy when needed. Free to use laundry facilities, excellent exercise room, all day coffee. We didn't need it but the sign said that it is pet friendly also if you need that.

Breakfast is a decent selection. Appreciated that every morning. Eggs are a little over cooked but for free breakfast it’s decent. Pool area is nice. Love staying on the first floor, was convenient for breakfast and pool time. Lots of nice restaurants and shopping close by all on veterans highway. Rooms are very spacious and well suited for a family. Staff was very friendly.

Wow, wow,wow! This place was amazing! I had never stayed at a place like this, more like a mini apartment. So, clean and comfortable. The staff ( CJ ) helped me check in and everything was great. I fealt safe and wasn’t worried about being by my self. Their shuttle bus was as about the only on to run to airport at 4:00am. Loved this place, and hope to stay again. 4 stars!!!

We showed up to a very clean and well designed room, which provided space for our toddler to sleep in relative isolation while we ate our dinner as he slept. The hotel itself was clean and well equipped and the staff was top notch. It was easy to confirm our need for a baby bed, call a shuttle, and have any of our needs met.

Home2Suites Kenner is truly a home away from home! Jeff and his entire staff made our stay a true PLEASURE! The LARGE room (with the biggest refrigerator I've ever seen in a hotel room), comfy beds, microwave, dishwasher and full set of kitchen supplies (cutlery, glasses, bowls, plates) was BETTER than an Airbnb or VRBO (since I didn't have to clean it or scrounge around for more towels--ever:-) The breakfast was yummy and the coffee (and tea) were hot and delicious! There was a workspace (in the room and in the lobby) and chairs/tables to lounge around. The pull out sofa with the table on wheels (so brilliant) was awesome to have in the room. The workout room was the BEST that I've seen in any hotel--thank you!! The location was very near the airport (but quiet, which was appreciated) and we were only about 20/25 minutes from downtown NOLA. Walmart, and nearby restaurants were easy to get into and out of. Eleven out ten stars for this property!
